ZOURI® reserves the right to modify the contents of the website (prices and photos for example) at any time without previous notice and at its own discretion. Any change made will be in force on the date of its publication.
The terms and conditions rule relationships between ZOURI® and the costumers with regard to purchases of products made through this website.
The customer can browse the website but to access the service sales is essential to have the necessary requirements to enter into legally binding contracts according to Portuguese and E.C. (European Community) Law. It has to be in possession of an e-mail address and a bank account or one of the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
To make an order the customer is required to fill all the necessary data and accept the terms and conditions. By the time of finalizing the order, the customer can change all the data associated with his request at any time.
ZOURI® reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made at the discretion of ZOURI®. If the order is not executed, ZOURI® will notify the costumer immediately by email. The confirmation of the request is not a purchase contract, it only serves as evidence that the order was approved by ZOURI®.
ZOURI® ensures total customer satisfaction in products purchased in www.zouri-shoes.com. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, has to send an e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of package.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the payment confirmation email, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. The amount paid will be refunded in full using the same payment method used for the purchase within an estimated period of 15 working days.
If the order has already been shipped, the shipping costs charged will not be refunded and the value of returning the goods to our facilities may be charged according to the shipping costs of the country of destination.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF AN ITEM?
Zouri has the right to refuse returns which are communicated or sent outside the deadline limit, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.
All items for exchange or refund shall be submitted in the original packaging, under the same conditions in which they were sent together with a copy of the invoice.
Requirements to be fulfilled in case of an exchange or return:
The products may not have been washed or used.
The products must be complete (return of the pair, along with accessories if applicable).
HOW SHOULD I PROCEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
To make an online exchange or return of an order, you must send us an email with the order number and return or exchange note to email@example.com
In both cases, after receiving our feedback you must send the pair to our address: Rua D. Diogo de Sousa nº 98, 4700-422 Braga, Portugal.
In the case of exchange and after receiving your pair, we will send you a new pair and Zouri will assume the cost of the new shipment.
In the case of exchange of items purchased on promotion, and after receiving your pair, we will send you a new pair and the costumer will assume the cost of the new shipment (same cost of shipping). Only exchanges of size or for articles of higher value will be accepted.
WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?
You will receive the amount within an estimated period of 15 working days (depending on the bank) after we have received your order in our warehouse.
The images on the website are the only mean of representation of products and as result ZOURI® does not guarantee the exact match of the images to the products. For example the colors may look different on different computer screens.
All of the prices of the products are clearly indicated in the website and are understood as being inclusive only of VAT, tax rate in our country (Country of Origin - Portugal) They do not include any additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any applicable legislation, such as import regulations. If necessary, the Customer will therefore provide for customs clearance of imports and pay the duties and taxes (other than VAT), which may be due in the Country of importation.

Disputes between consumers and traders may be solved by agreement through the official website for Online Dispute Resolution managed by the European Commission.
